BBRP Holdings, LLC (“BBRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates bbrpholdings.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge this policy.

Information you provide. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit: inquiry type, name, company (when provided or required), email address, phone number (optional), subject, message, and your acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy.
Technical and log data. Our hosting provider and infrastructure may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, pages requested, and diagnostic or security logs needed to operate and protect the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be set by our hosting platform to deliver the Site securely. If we add analytics or marketing tools later, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent before non-essential tracking.

- Hosting and infrastructure. The Site is hosted on cloud infrastructure (including Vercel) that may process technical logs and request data to deliver the Site.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of BBRP, our users, or others.

4. Retention
We retain inquiry-related personal information for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain ordinary business records, and meet legal, security, and dispute-resolution requirements. As a general guideline, contact-form correspondence is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months unless a longer period is required (for example, ongoing discussions or legal holds). Technical logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s practices and our security needs, typically for a shorter period.
5. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, a “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out is not applicable to current Site practices.
